At Backhouse Artwear, we're committed to getting your unique artwear to you quickly and efficiently. We partner with a global network of production and logistics companies to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Production and Shipping:

Once your order is placed, it will be sent to a production facility located near your delivery address whenever possible. This helps us reduce costs, carbon emissions, and support local businesses. However, in some cases, your order may be routed to a different facility due to stock availability or production capacity. We use a sophisticated algorithm to optimize production and delivery for a smooth and fast experience.

Global Reach:

We strive to offer local production in as many countries as possible. This allows us to produce over 95% of orders in the same country they are delivered to. However, we can still deliver your order to almost anywhere in the world, even if local production isn't available.

Important Note: International shipments may incur customs fees depending on local regulations. We recommend you inform your customers of this possibility.

Shipping Costs:

We offer flat shipping rates on most products within specific geographical areas. This means you'll pay the same shipping cost regardless of the specific country within that region. You can find live shipping quotes for each product directly on our website.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times depend on several factors, including:

  • Product type
  • Production location
  • Delivery location
  • Order size
  • Production capacity
  • Shipping method

We provide estimated delivery dates during checkout and on your order confirmation email. These estimates include both production time and shipping time. Please note that these are estimates and can be subject to change.

Shipping Information:

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check all shipping information provided. For orders going to China, Japan, and South Korea, please use the local language when entering addresses (limited Latin characters allowed for some fields).

Shipping Options:

We offer two primary shipping options:

  • Standard/Economy: This is our most affordable option with typical delivery times between 2-4 days within the same country (domestic).
  • Express: This option prioritizes your order with the shipping carrier for expedited delivery. We recommend Express if you need your order quickly.

Packaging:

We utilize efficient and damage-resistant packaging that complies with local shipping regulations and minimizes the risk of damage during transit.

Additional Notes:

  • Your company name will appear as the sender on the shipping label.
  • Branded packaging and insert labels are not currently available.
